What You’ll Do
New Patient Conversions and Scheduling
- Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations
- Respond quickly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and questions
- Build and protect a strong schedule that supports plan-of-care completion
- Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce cancellations and no-shows
Insurance and Financial Coordination
- Verify insurance benefits and support authorizations when needed
- Explain coverage details, deductibles, and copays with clarity and kindness
- Collect payments at check-in and check-out with professionalism
- Support billing and collections tasks as needed
Case Management and Data Accuracy
- Enter and update patient information accurately in the EMR
- Maintain complete and organized electronic charts inside the EMR
- Support documentation flow by sending timely updates to referring providers and case contacts when needed
Front Office Operations
- Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out smoothly
- Monitor the schedule throughout the day and communicate changes with the clinical team
- Support patient communication so every person feels informed and taken care of
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, phones, or admin work in a healthcare setting.
- Communicate with clarity, kindness, and confidence, especially by phone
- Are organized, accurate, and dependable with details
- Are comfortable learning and using an EMR for scheduling, chart notes, and patient data entry
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool

What’s In It for You
- Pay: $17–$22/hour or $39,780/$51,480 per year (based on experience)
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (onsite)
