Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Patient Coordinator to join our team at our practice in Worcester, Grafton, and Fitchburg. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while wearing many hats. This position travels with the team to Worcester, Grafton, and Fitchburg each week - you must be able to commute to all three locations. Candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply!
As an Orthodontic Patient Coordinator in our practice, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.
What you will be doing:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answering phones with enthusiasm
- Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
- Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
- Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
- Assisting clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
- Keeping the reception area clean and orderly at all times
- Checking and verifying patients' insurance
- Taking part in company marketing events and responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned by the manager

What qualifications you bring:
- 1 year experience in a dental office preferred
- Working knowledge of dental practice management software preferred
- Positive energy
- Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff
- Tactful and skillful in all situations
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
