Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, people-focused, detail-oriented Studio Associate who aligns with the values and vision of Simply Nestled. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, appearance, and environment and thrives in a customer-facing, creative setting.
The ideal candidate is warm, professional, reliable, and eager to learn. You will be a key part of creating memorable in-store experiences—from assisting customers at the register to leading candle-making classes the Simply Nestled way.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with warmth, confidence, and exceptional customer service
- Operate the front cash register during store hours
- Become knowledgeable in all Simply Nestled products and assist customers with scent selection
- Lead candle-making classes after thorough training in the Simply Nestled process and standards
- Design and print personalized labels for candle-making class guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Straighten shelves, refresh the scent wall, and replenish stock as needed
- Assist with new vessel preparation and merchandising
- Handle prep work, restocking store supplies, and inventory accountability
- Support day-to-day studio operations and special events as needed

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Flexible schedule required
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Growth Opportunity
This position begins as part-time, with the opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance, reliability, and alignment with the Simply Nestled brand.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
