Mid Level Sales Associate

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Sales & Membership Growth

• Entry Level Sales Associate
• Sell memberships to leads and increase revenue opportunities
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information to match clients with appropriate membership or training packages.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, or in-person to close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and retail sales goals.
• Process membership applications, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Customer Service

• Greet guests, visitors, and team members with a warm, professional attitude to foster a welcoming environment. Also provide studio tours and explain programs.
• Maintain strong product and program knowledge to offer informed recommendations.
• Answer questions about classes, pricing, schedules, and studio policies.

Front Desk & Operations

• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and merchandising of the front desk area to present a polished appearance
• Assist with basic cashiering duties such as cash handling, processing payments, and balancing registers at shift end

Studio Support

• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with instructors and trainers to ensure smooth class flow.
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach activities.
• Help track inventory for merchandise, supplements, or apparel.

Marketing & Engagement

• Promote upcoming classes, challenges, and special offers.
• Encourage member referrals and participate in local marketing efforts.
• Support social media content by taking photos/videos (if permitted).

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a bilingual environment if applicable
• Demonstrated ability to perform retail math including sales calculations, discounts, and cash handling accuracy
• Knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures for smooth transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
