Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across various areas of residential homes
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to clean floors, surfaces.
- Conduct outdoor work as needed, including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, janitorial, or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work and handle repetitive cleaning activities over extended periods
