Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation standards and the ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll travel to scheduled locations and complete cleaning tasks according to our checklists and standards. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently once trained.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
- Wipe down surfaces, appliances, and fixtures
- Manage housekeeping responsibilities with attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred (but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical work for extended hours.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- A cell phone for scheduling and communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing time efficiently.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.

Pay: $80.00 - $200.00 per day
