- Manage project management activities by tracking tasks, maintaining records, updating documentation, and proactively following up with stakeholders to keep packaging projects on schedule.
- Create and maintain accurate packaging specifications, ensuring all key attributes (weights, dimensions, pallet patterns, etc.) are documented correctly and reflect co-manufacturer capabilities.
- Assist in designing and conducting packaging tests and evaluations, collecting data, organizing results, and helping identify risks or issues for escalation.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust messages for different audiences and convey technical information in a clear, accessible way.
- Ability to create accurate technical documentation, including specifications, test protocols, and basic test reports that summarize findings effectively.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage details, track timelines, schedule meetings, and support cross-functional communication.
- Collaborative working style, able to build productive relationships with internal teams, co-manufacturers, and external partners.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities as needed.
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability, with a willingness to learn new tools, materials, and packaging technologies.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a high degree of follow-through on tasks, action items, and project responsibilities.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments, maintaining accuracy and composure during rapid development cycles or changing project needs.
