Tapir is hiring a high-level growth marketer to lead paid media strategy across Google and Meta for independent veterinary hospitals and animal health brands. This is a fully work from home role.
- This is not boosting posts.
- This is not basic campaign management.
- This role is about building high-intent acquisition systems that convert — and consulting clients on how to grow.
What This Role Owns
Google Ads (High-Intent Acquisition Engine)
Google Ads is a priority channel for our clients. We are looking for someone who:
- Is Google Ads Certified (required)
- Understands keyword intent at a deep level
- Builds high-intent search campaigns that drive conversions
- Optimizes for cost per acquisition and return on ad spend
- Implements advanced geo-targeting strategies
- Aligns paid campaigns with local SEO and AI-search trends
- Integrates proper conversion tracking, GA4, and call tracking
You must understand how to build campaigns that convert — not just generate clicks.
Meta Ads (Strategic Paid Social, Not Boosting)
We expect:
- Strong command of Ads Manager
- Full-funnel campaign architecture (awareness → retargeting → conversion)
- Proper pixel and event tracking implementation
- Custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segmentation
- Creative testing frameworks
- Performance analysis beyond surface metrics
We want someone who uses all available tools inside Meta to engineer results.
Design/Graphic Skill = Major Bonus
Strong design ability is a significant advantage in this role.

- Develop high-performing ad creative
- Understand visual hierarchy and messaging
- Execute paid campaigns without relying entirely on another department
- Test variations efficiently

- Advising on budget allocation

You should be comfortable speaking to business owners about strategy — not just reporting numbers.
Required Experience
- 3 years managing Google Ads strategically
- Google Ads Certification (required)
- Proven Meta Ads experience with measurable results
- Strong conversion tracking and analytics skills
- Experience with service-based or local businesses preferred
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining performance standards
- SEO is a bonus, but not necessary
Veterinary experience is a plus, but strong performance marketing skills are mandatory.
