Full-Time Dental Assistant – Seattle, WA
Pay: $28–$38/hr DOE
We’re looking for a full-time dental assistant to join our close, supportive team in SLU. We’re a busy, fast-paced practice with a strong work ethic. We’re hoping to find someone who’s reliable, motivated, and enjoys being part of a friendly, down-to-earth team that likes to work hard and celebrate wins together.
Position Details:
- Benefits after 90 days: medical, 401(k) matching, paid time off, paid holidays, employee dental discount, and eligibility for bonuses
- On-the-job training available to help refine skills if needed
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays (scheduled in advance)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has an active dental assistant license in Washington State
- Holds a current CPR certification
- Brings at least 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Is proficient in Dentrix software
- Communicates well with both the doctor and patients
- Follows infection control and documentation protocols with attention to detail
- Is reliable, organized, and works well within a team environment
