Winthrop Street Dentistry is seeking an enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant to join their team.
As a Certified Dental Assistant in our practice you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day. Candidates who are not certified or formally trained will not be considered at this time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
What you will be doing:
- Delivering quality care to every patient
- Preparing patients for exam and treatment
- Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Preparing tray set-ups for dental procedures
- Effectively directing patient flow through clear communication and teamwork
- Sterilizing and disinfecting all used equipment and instruments
- Documenting all procedures performed in treatment chart
- Complying with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA
- Assisting the doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation
- Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions, and workflow, preparing teeth for bonding
- Working in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
- Communicating professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach

Winthrop Street Dentistry is a community-based office with the support and resources of Simply Dental Management. Our Resource Center Teams cover the business and administrative support sides of the practice to allow our office teams to focus on providing outstanding patient care.
Qualifications:
What qualifications you bring:
- You have a current and valid MA State Dental Assistant License - your MA dental license must be certified or formally trained; we cannot accept OJT licenses for this position
- You have valid X-ray Certification
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
- You are CPR & First Aid Certification
- You are knowledgeable of OSHA regulations and changes
- You are computer proficient including Microsoft office and Practice Management Software
Salary : $25 - $29
