FULL DESCRIPTION: As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the onboarding process and supporting the recruitment of entry-level exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions. You will manage all aspects of new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring every step is timely, accurate, and engaging. You will also partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for assigned positions, creating a smooth experience for both candidates and new hires. This is a detail-heavy, fast-paced role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a polished, service-first mindset. The selected candidate will be responsible for: Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.Manage recruitment efforts for assigned entry-level exempt, non-exempt, temporary, and other positions as assigned, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.Build and maintain candidate pipelines through networking and proactive sourcing.Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ensure all compliance training is completed within required timeframes.Collect and verify I-9 documentation, process background checks, and oversee completion of all onboarding paperwork.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and recruitment records in internal systems.Prepare onboarding schedules in collaboration with hiring managers and provide calendar invites, training logistics, and travel arrangements if required.Keep new hires informed and supported before and after their start date to promote engagement and retention.Post and update job openings across job boards, social media, colleges, and staffing partners.Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment testing.Partner with hiring managers to clarify candidate requirements and ensure smooth interview logistics.Greet and support candidates during onsite interviews, serving as the primary point of contact and creating a positive experience.Respond promptly to applicant inquiries and provide timely status updates.Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with HR-related projects as needed.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Perform other duties as assigned.
