and Responsibilties of Job: Sales \| Remote - US As the Senior Director,
you will be responsible for all client interfaces within a group of
accounts across the Financial Services industry in the North America
region. You will work with the wider market facing and delivery team to
build the portfolio and account plans and deliver business growth and
client management for the Salesforce ecosystem of services and
solutions. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive
revenue, margin, and practice growth, including net new account
acquisition. Build and expand a high-value Salesforce portfolio
exceeding \$20M by owning the full opportunity lifecycle: Prospect,
Evaluate, Propose, and Close Manage strategic client relationships and
serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, positioning Simplus as
a preferred partner for digital and Salesforce-led transformation.
Create and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with
Salesforce and client teams, aligning on business p riorities,
identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving joint value
realization through roadmap planning. Partner with Infosys (parent
company) Client Managers, Sales Executives, and consulting leaders to
source, shape, and lead qualified opportunities, managing all pre-sales
activities end-to-end. Leverage industry and client insights to
collaborate with solution leaders in designing tailored Salesforce
offerings and go-to-market plays that address specific industry and
account needs. Drive thought leadership by authoring white papers,
blogs, and market insights that influence the dialogue around digital
transformation, AI, and Salesforce innovation in Financial Services.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with Salesforce product
innovations, industry trends, and relevant certifications to bring
forward-looking perspectives to clients. Ensure delivery excellence by
working closely with Delivery Managers to address challenges, reinforce
client satisfaction, and maximize delivered value. Manage Salesforce
alliance relationships by partnering with AEs, RVPs, and PSMs to align
on territory strategy, co-sell motions, and joint pursuits driving co-
