What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Product Owner position at Simplus?
Simplus — a Summit-level Salesforce Partner and an Infosys company — is continuing to grow its enterprise delivery organisation and is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to support large-scale, client-facing Salesforce programmes.
This role is ideal for a Product Owner who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, agile delivery, and Salesforce technology, and who is comfortable working with senior stakeholders across complex, multi-cloud environments.
Location: Plano TX or Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid role)
What you’ll be responsible for
• Acting as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce programmes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities
• Owning and managing the Salesforce product backlog, ensuring priorities align to business objectives and delivery roadmaps
• Translating business requirements into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partnering closely with Architects, Developers, Scrum Masters, and client stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes
• Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement sessions within agile delivery teams
• Managing stakeholder expectations, scope, and dependencies across enterprise programmes
• Supporting UAT planning, execution, and sign-off to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Driving continuous improvement across Salesforce processes, automation, and user experience
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst on Salesforce-led programmes
• Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds and platform capabilities
• Hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Ability to engage confidently with senior business and technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering within complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce ecosystems
• Strong documentation, prioritisation, and decision-making skills
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, BA, PO) are a plus
