Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams in the delivery of Salesforce solutions. This role will focus on requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and implementation support across Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze integration requirements and support API, data, and Customer 360 initiatives.
- Coordinate UAT activities and validate business outcomes.
- Support governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst experience.
- 3 years of Salesforce project experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Data Model
- Flows & Automation
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Business Analyst
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
