Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Vice President – Data Analytics Practice to shape the future of data-driven and AI-augmented enterprise solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise in analytics, BI platforms, data engineering, cloud ecosystems, and applied AI/ML with strong leadership in Pre-sales and Solution Design for Enterprise Digital Transformation.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader who can define enterprise-wide analytics strategies, drive the adoption of modern data platforms, and transform raw data into actionable insights—leveraging both traditional BI and advanced AI-driven analytics to accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and Scale the Data Analytics Practice – Establish standardized frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to deliver consistent, high-quality analytics and AI-powered insights.
- Strategic Alignment and Leadership – Define the analytics and AI roadmap aligned to business goals. Contribute to thought leadership through industry forums, whitepapers, and marketing narratives showcasing Airo’s analytics expertise.
- Enterprise Strategy – Advise C-level stakeholders on analytics adoption, data modernization, AI-enabled decision intelligence, and scalable enterprise architectures. Champion a customer-first mindset by incorporating client feedback into product and service evolution. Establish KPIs to measure the business impact of analytics and AI initiatives.
- Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value (POV) – Design and deliver POCs/POVs that highlight the business value of data analytics and AI/ML-driven insights. Provide expertise on data ethics, governance, and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Pre-sales, Data, Infrastructure, and Business units to ensure analytics solutions (BI AI/ML) directly support client objectives.
- Pre-Sales Leadership – Lead pre-sales engagements, architect custom solutions, respond to RFPs, and deliver persuasive client presentations.
- Practice Development – Build and lead the Analytics Architecture practice, defining governance, best practices, and modern strategies to drive enterprise-wide adoption of analytics and AI insights.
Key Qualifications
- 15 years in data analytics, business intelligence, AI/ML, and enterprise data strategy.
- Deep knowledge of analytics and AI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS/Azure/GCP analytics/ML services).
- Architectural Leadership – Proven success designing and deploying secure, scalable, and cost-optimized analytics platforms, blending BI and AI-driven insights.
- Data & Infrastructure Expertise – Strong experience in data lakes/warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, MLOps for analytics, and predictive/prescriptive modeling.
- Expertise in data governance, data quality, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship skills, with a track record of building and scaling analytics and AI teams.
Salary : $85 - $90
