We’re looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who’s not just clinically skilled, but also deeply human—someone who knows the sacredness of holding space for others and who finds fulfillment in walking with people through hard, beautiful, transformational seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing individual, couples, family, or child/adolescent therapy—whatever aligns with your strengths
- Building genuine therapeutic relationships rooted in trust, safety, and respect
- Developing thoughtful, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborating with our team of therapists and psychiatric providers
- Keeping timely notes in our EHR (we’ll help you streamline this!)
- Offering client-led, values-sensitive care when appropriate
- Participating in team consultation, support, and community (only if you want to)

Schedule
