You'll work closely with the Leadership team while independently running day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise. What We're Looking For
- 3 years of construction project management or coordination experience
- Strong background in fix-and-flip or residential renovation projects (required)
- Experience managing active job sites, contractors, and trade partners
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and scopes simultaneously
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (or actively pursuing)
- Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across MA & NH
- $75,000?$90,000 annual salary (based on experience)
