Customer Service Representative, Logistics CSR with Routing Exp
We’re immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative with routing experience for a large logistics company in San Pedro, CA.
This is a full-time position where you’ll earn $20 an hour, and work Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM plus overtime, when needed.
The facility offers free onsite parking and an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines. Plus, you will enjoy weekly pay and direct deposit.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for routing orders to clients, scheduling shipment pick-ups, and:
- Updating shipping schedules.
- Monitoring open order reports to ensure customer orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Creating bills of lading, pick sheets, and labels.
- Responding to all inquiries via email or telephone.
To be considered, you must have at least one (1) year of customer service and routing experience and:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- The ability to effectively communicate via email, in-person, and over the phone.
- A high school diploma or GED.
