As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, sales upgrades, or service adjustments with their products and services. The Customer Service Representative plays an important role in guiding customers through the sales and service process while delivering excellent support. Your primary responsibility as a Customer Service Representative will be providing exceptional service during the enrollment and sales process, answering questions, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction. Our Customer Service Representative team focuses on combining strong customer service with effective sales support to ensure every customer interaction leads to the best solution.
Key Responsibilities of an Customer Service Representative:
- As a Customer Service Representative, engage customers in sales presentations with the goal of enrolling them in new services or completing sales upgrades to their current services.
- Ask questions to better understand the customer’s needs and guide them through the full-cycle sales process as a Customer Service Representative.
- Process orders, sales upgrades, and service changes accurately and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service representative standards.
- Educate customers about new products, promotions, and sales opportunities to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and sales transactions in the system as part of the Customer Service Representative role.
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Service Representative team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and support team sales goals.
- Uphold our firm’s commitment to customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally as a Customer Service Representative.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or working as a Customer Service Representative is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for success as a Customer Service Representative.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing customer service tasks and sales responsibilities.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous for a Customer Service Representative supporting sales and service solutions.
