Position Overview
We are seeking caring, dependable Caregivers / Home Health Aides to assist seniors with activities of daily living in their homes. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and motivated to make a meaningful difference every day.
You’ll be matched with clients based on your skills, experience, and availability — and supported by a team who values communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers
- Maintain accurate documentation of visits and client updates
- Communicate with scheduling and nursing teams for client needs and changes
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients
Qualifications
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred (training available)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Must pass background check and reference screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
