Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Nurse to oversee client care plans and provide support to both caregivers and veterans receiving services through our home care programs. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys relationship based care, flexible scheduling, and meaningful work supporting those who have served our country.
This position requires driving to client's homes within a roughly 100 mile or less radius. Scheduling can be very flexible throughout the month. Trip fees are paid for longer trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, update, and manage individualized care plans
- Conduct client assessments and periodic supervisory visits as required
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Communicate regularly with clients, families, and the office team to coordinate care
- Maintain compliance with all agency policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Active New Mexico RN license
- Prior home health or home care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to veteran-centered care
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel regionally as needed
