Sales and Customer Service Associate

Job Summary

The Sales & Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This role blends sales development, relationship management, and customer support, ensuring clients receive clear communication, timely follow-ups, and a smooth experience from inquiry through fulfillment.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build trust, identify needs, close opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries (email, phone, website, social platforms)
• Qualify prospects and understand their production needs, timelines, and budget
• Present Simplicity Filling Systems' services clearly and confidently
• Generate and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when appropriate
• Support outbound sales efforts as the company scales

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal operations
• Provide timely updates on order status, production timelines, and next steps
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
• Maintain long-term relationships with repeat customers
• Collect customer feedback to improve systems and processes

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or account management
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Manufacturing, skincare, cosmetics, or supplements experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: From $21.51 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
