Position Summary
The Operations Trainer supports front-of-house teams across multiple locations by ensuring consistency in service standards, hospitality execution, and operational training. This is a multi-location, on-site role, working 4–5 nights per week on the floor in active service environments, with regular travel between South Florida locations and occasional travel out of state.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead training through active service, demonstrating high standards of guest experience and execution.
- Onboard and develop frontofhouse team members through live, inservice coaching.
- Reinforce service standards, hospitality expectations, and operational flow across locations.
- Act as a point of contact during service to support communication with management.
- Support inventory processes, ordering, and invoice tracking as needed.
- Ensure consistency in cleanliness, organization, and brand standards across all service environments.
- Travel between South Florida locations to support operations and training initiatives, with occasional outofstate travel.
- Strong leadership presence with a focus on service excellence and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to coach in real time.
- Ability to balance active service execution with team development responsibilities.
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems preferred, with willingness to learn additional platforms as needed.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work 45 nights per week and travel as required.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
