SimpleSUB Water makes water submetering simple. Our cellular-connected, clamp-on submeters install in minutes. No Wi-Fi, no pipe cutting, no plumbers required. We help multi-dwelling property operators stop paying their tenants' water bills, recover 95% of utility costs, and catch leaks before they become expensive problems.
The Role
We’re building our outbound sales motion and need a hungry SDR to own the top of the funnel. You’ll be working a targeted list of real estate property owners, generating qualified pipeline from cold through email sequences, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Your job is to start conversations, qualify opportunities, and book meetings. You won’t be closing deals, but you’ll be the reason they happen.
What You’ll Do
- Run high-volume outbound outreach via cold email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects against our ICP (property type, unit count, billing setup)
- Book discovery calls and hand off warm opportunities to our sales team
- Manage your pipeline and activity in our CRM
- Iterate on messaging and sequences based on what’s working
- Share market feedback to help sharpen our targeting and positioning
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in outbound B2B sales or SDR role (real estate tech, PropTech, or SaaS preferred)
- Comfortable on the phone. Don’t wait for replies, you call
- Experience with sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Instantly, or similar)
- Self-directed and metrics-driven. You know your numbers and own them
- Coachable and curious
- Strong written communication. Your emails get opened and replied to
Bonus Points
- Background in commercial real estate, property management, or utilities
- Experience prospecting into property owners, asset managers, or REITs
- Familiarity with NNN leases or CAM billing structures
What You’ll Get
- Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary commission, $75–$80K OTE
