This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, pain-point identification, qualification, and generating opportunities for our inside sales team.
We are hiring Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, and consultative qualifications.
This is not a script-reading appointment setter role.
We are looking for emotionally resilient, socially intelligent, rejection-tolerant professionals who are curious, coachable, competitive, and capable of uncovering real business pain points through conversation.
Responsibilities:
- Cold outbound calling and email outreach.
- Running discovery conversations with prospective clients.
- Identifying operational and business pain points.
- Qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
- Scheduling classes and generating requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Handing off qualified opportunities to inside sales representatives.
- Maintaining consistent pipeline activity and follow-up.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $36,000 annually.
- Performance bonuses with uncapped upside.
- Top performers can earn up to 100% of base salary in additional commissions.
