Who You Will Be...
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for the success of our clients and their projects, leading them through a detailed implementation process and delivering exceptional customer support. As the face of our company to new customers, you will be a significant contributor to our industry leading customer satisfaction, and will engage customers in an open, helpful dialog, that helps them solve critical business challenges.
Eventually knowledgeable in all aspects of our software, you will lead discovery calls with clients, establish project scope, manage all aspects of the implementation process, and most importantly, get major kudos from those customers you helped when the project is complete and done right!
As a critical member of the team, and a front-line employee, you will also be providing valuable feedback to management and work strategically to improve the implementation process.
