Position Overview
Responsible for partnering with Sales and Sales Support to deliver accurate, timely pricing quotes for clients and prospects. This role ensures compliance with pricing, financial, and contractual requirements while resolving order issues, supporting deal execution, and identifying opportunities to optimize revenue. Collaborates cross-functionally and provides guidance on quoting processes, tools, and policies to drive efficiency and consistency.

Position Overview

Collaborates cross-functionally and provides guidance on quoting processes, tools, and policies to drive efficiency and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales associates to deliver a high volume of moderately complex sales quotes on time and with a high degree of accuracy
- Coach and support sales associates to deliver timely, accurate and professional sales quotes for a range of product lines, ensuring finance, business, legal and professional services requirements are met while optimizing revenue
- Monitor, investigate and promptly resolve open client sales orders that fall outside normal pricing guidelines
- Analyze, document, communicate and process contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard
- Deliver training to key stakeholders (e.g. sales, sales operations, deal desk) on quoting and sales tools, pricing policy, changes, and releases supporting product launches
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in finance, accounting or business operations and analysis
- Excellent financial analysis, business writing, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
- High level of professionalism with internal and external customers
- High attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Proficient Excel skills
- Salesforce.com work experience
- Price desk experience in the software industry
