Description

We are seeking a Temporary Office Clerk to support daily office operations through September. This full-time, daytime role offers $16-$17 per hour, steady Monday-Friday shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, and access to medical and dental benefits. The Office Clerk will assist with order processing, email correspondence, filing, and shipment coordination to help ensure efficient workflow and team support.

Job Responsibilities

This position plays a key role in supporting office staff and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Management reserves the right to modify duties and responsibilities as business needs change.

  • Process orders received through the Dealer Portal, including reviewing and printing orders
  • Respond to email inquiries regarding order status and stock availability
  • Schedule truck freight shipments and provide tracking information
  • Enter and maintain information in the computer system
  • File, update, and retrieve physical documents
  • Print bin labels for stockroom shelves
  • Perform other similar or related duties as assigned


Associate Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Able to Lift 20 pounds
  • Drug Test
  • Must be at least 18 years old
