ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Under the direct supervision of the Physician Support Manager
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
- Schedules/re-schedules patient appointments at the appropriate facility and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintains designated account folder following departmental expectations.
- Communicates regularly with assigned referring offices and appropriate sales representatives.
- Ensures patients have been cleared for specific diagnostic tests.
- Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information as needed.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Basic computer skills required. Has knowledge of insurance plans.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
