CNC/Forming Operator
Summary/Objective
This position ensures the setup, continuous operation and quality of products using specific procedural standards in the CNC processes.

- Follow work order instructions
- Set up CNC machines and troubleshoot mechanical problems
- Ensure proper materials are used
- Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and measuring devices
- Inspect material to ensure quality specs are met
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
- Complete proper paperwork and tracking requirements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Required Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or GED
- Able to use hand tools and measurement devices (micrometer, tape measure)
- Possess good math and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to fast paced environment
- Prior factory and tow motor experience a plus
- 5 axis CNC router experience a plus

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8 hours. Additional hours may be required according to production demands.
