Position Summary:

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, kitting, shipment execution, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures inventory availability, maintains warehouse standards, supports team development, and drives operational efficiencies to support production schedules and customer demand.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partners closely with the Planning department to monitor kit inventory, ensure products are kitted in a timely manner, and maintain appropriate inventory levels of kit components to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Plans and oversees kitting activities by coordinating team members to meet production priorities and ensuring products are kitted and prepared for truck transfers to support promotional events, inventory drops, and seasonal demand.
• Oversees inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation processes, and ongoing system maintenance within WMS/ERP platforms.
• Investigates and resolves inventory discrepancies while ensuring accurate inventory records and reporting.
• Ensures proper storage, labeling, stock rotation, and inventory control practices are consistently followed to support operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinates and oversees weekly truck preparation and loading to ensure accurate, prioritized, and on-time shipment execution.
• Supports facility organization, cleanliness, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations.
• Oversees daily order fulfillment activities to ensure sales orders are accurately prioritized, processed, and shipped in a timely manner. 

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains onboarding and ongoing development programs focused on systems usage, SOP compliance, and operational best practices.
• Develops and improves inventory control and warehouse procedures to reduce breakage and improve operational accuracy and efficiency.
• Supports special projects, seasonal initiatives, and additional operational priorities as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong computer skills including WMS systems (NetSuite is a plus), shipping systems, Excel, Google Suite, and experience with computer order and transfer processing systems.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications Desired:

• Prior leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Lean operations or continuous improvement methodologies.

• Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays when business demands.
• Frequent overtime.
• Exposure to warehouse conditions including temperature variables. Can be very hot in summer and cold in winter.
