Simmons Farm Raised Catfish is a family owned business that processes quality fish. We have been in business for over 30 years in Yazoo County MS.
As a maintenance technician, you will be troubleshooting, repairing and completing preventative maintenance on all machines in a large manufacturing facility. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prioritizing preventative maintenance duties
- Respond immediately to issues that may arise with any equipment necessary for weekly production
- Responsible for keeping good records on Machine PM’s and other repairs
- Responsible for ordering maintenance parts, and repair parts when needed and will work with purchasing person for purchase orders
- General facility maintenance such as lights, man doors, garage doors, etc. will be the responsibility of the maintenance department as well
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance background or comparable education
- General computer knowledge
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical repair
