Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices, talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll. Key responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA, administering benefits programs, and utilizing HRIS systems for data management and Payroll.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Weekly Payroll
- Administer compensation and benefits programs (Health insurance, 401k etc.)
- Establish payroll procedures and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues.
- Foster a positive, safety-first, and collaborative work culture.
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA, EEOC and other regulatory requirements.
- Three (3) years of experience as a Human Resources Manager.
