Position Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated, self-directed sales professional who enjoys building relationships and helping customers protect what matters most. This is a remote position focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up. Compensation is heavily performance-based with unlimited earning potential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate new business through phone, text, email, social media, and referral networking.
- Develop relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct insurance reviews and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Business insurance products. (Must be licensed for each product category that you sell, can build licenses as you grow your career)
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using agency CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and sales coaching.
- Maintain product knowledge and licensing requirements.
Success Looks Like
- Consistently creates new opportunities without being prompted.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound contacts.
- Handles objections confidently.
- Follows a structured sales process.
- Maintains a positive attitude through rejection.
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Life & Health License (not required, but preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
- Prior sales experience preferred
- CRM experience a plus
