What You'll Do
As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll work with existing Personal Lines customers to provide exceptional service and help them maintain the right insurance coverage for their needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and servicing personal insurance accounts
- Reviewing policies and assisting clients with renewals
- Processing policy changes and endorsements
- Answering customer questions and providing coverage guidance
- Working with insurance carriers to resolve issues and improve client outcomes
- Helping existing customers identify coverage gaps and protection needs
- Coordinating new business submissions and policy issuance
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
- Alabama Property & Casualty License preferred, but we will help qualified candidates obtain licensing
- Previous experience in a remote position strongly preferred
