Senior Production Manager

SIMKHAI is seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Production Manager to lead production execution across Ready-to-Wear and select product categories. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end production process from purchase order placement through final delivery, ensuring on-time execution, quality standards, margin targets, and vendor accountability.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and has strong experience managing global manufacturing partners while partnering closely with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and Finance. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and scaling production capabilities as the business continues to grow

Qualificatio

• ns.Proven ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environme
