What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Omnicom Production?
We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a dynamic environment where you will manage
medium-to-large creative projects across multiple time zones and continents with various client
stakeholders. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and able to orchestrate order within a
highly creative environment. You are the lynchpin who motivates and collaborates with Account,
Strategy, Creative, and Studio teams to deliver impactful work.
Key Responsibilities
• Main point person for existing project client and internal team.
• Speaks to project updates and schedule on Weekly Status calls and resourcing needs on
internal PM calls.
• Work closely with Delivery Manager to understand client requests and needs.
Communicate any changes in scope.
• Schedule and lead team kick-off calls and follow-up meetings for each project. Ensure
assigned project team is fully briefed on scope and budget prior to project start.
• Develop and track project schedules and budgets, monitor project scope, and handle
invoice tracking and account billing for both retainer and project-based accounts.
• Ensure every necessary step of project scope is accounted for within the schedule and
clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies.
• Fully owns projects assigned to them and manages the day-to-day, ensuring the team is up-
to-date with their assignments, progress, schedule, and next step.
• Contribute to the development of client proposals and cost estimates (e.g. SOWs, agency
fees and third-party costs).
• Assign individual resource responsibilities, help identify appropriate resources needed for
successful project completion.
• A strong knowledge of best practices in project management and ability to see big picture
while managing every last detail.

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, information systems or a related
field.
• 3-5 years project management experience managing budgets, timelines and people in an
agency or related environment (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Experience managing workflow for medium-to-large scale content creation efforts (digital
graphics, video, decks, etc.) Localization experience is plus.
• Experience in client-facing setting whether face-to-face or on conference calls.
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence, focus on problem
solving; solutions oriented, ability to delegate tasks, as appropriate, willingness to accept
accountability, etc.)
• Demonstrate analysis/assessment capabilities
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Mac proficiency, particularly in the applications of MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel and MS
Project
• Experience with Figma, Smartsheets, and Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
