What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Producer/Creator position at Omnicom Production?
We’re looking for a technical, hands-on Line Producer who can own the entire lifecycle of a frame—from capturing the image to finishing the master. This role is built for a Swiss Army knife creator who lives in the sweet spot between physical production and post-production. Supporting our largest account, Nissan, you will be splitting your time between shooting cinematic footage on location and managing on the ground production. You’ll collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and designers to deliver premium, high-craft assets that cut through the noise across social, digital, and experiential channels.
What You’ll Do
Production & Cinematography
- On-Set Hands-on Leadership: Oversee the team on set, operating/managing cinematography, lighting, audio, and logistics.
- Camera Knowledge: Ability to build gear lists for shoots, adapting seamlessly between high-end camera packages and nimble, run-and-gun setups depending on the project scope. Capable of building technical setups on smaller shoots while scaling crews and resources appropriately for larger productions.
- Lighting & Audio Expertise: Deep understanding of lighting, grip, and sound equipment, with the ability to spec and source the right gear for projects of varying scale. Comfortable independently building and executing lighting and audio setups on lean productions while maintaining a high standard of production value.
- Automotive Capture: Master automotive-specific cinematography—framing mechanical precision, human craftsmanship, dynamic motion, and lifestyle.
- Logistics Management: Lead pre-production efforts including scheduling, logistics, permits, call sheets, and production documentation. Build comprehensive production plans, timelines, crew structures, and resource allocations for short-form content.
- Familiarity with local shooting guidelines/permitting and SAG talent rules.

What We’re Looking For
- A proven portfolio that showcases a dual mastery of cinematography and production, showcasing a variety of stylistic, narrative, and documentary projects.
- A collaborative attitude on set; you have the technical knowledge to light and shoot a scene, and the humility to help pack up the gear when the shoot wraps.
- The ability to proactively solve problems and ensure smooth execution, translating creative ideas into actionable production strategies and executable workflows.
- An intuitive understanding of contemporary digital and social ecosystems—knowing what resonates, where it lives, and why it works
