Controller Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of financial experience in home health or hospice is required.
- Skilled in revenue cycle, managed care contracts, reimbursement structures, cost accounting, internal audits, and budgeting.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or healthcare administration is required.
- CPA is required.
Controller Job Responsibilities
- Oversite of day-to-day operations of the accounting/finance department.
- Develop, monitor, and interpret data and KPI’s for financial reporting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership.
