Area Director Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health organization. They have a current opening for an Area Director for their Home Health locations in the Central Michigan area. Medicare Home Health leadership experience is ideal, but other post-acute healthcare settings may be considered. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Multi-site experience is a plus but not required. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position. Area Director Requirements
- Post-acute healthcare branch leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Some in-state travel required.
Area Director Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and P&L for two locations.
- Ensure clinical outcomes and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales team to grow census.
