- Expertly compiling, processing, and understanding necessary patient forms (consent for treatment, etc.)
- Responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Efficiently processing incoming and outgoing referrals and obtaining necessary authorizations
- Professionally answering and directing phone calls
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Experience using electronic medical records
