Hiring: Senior MDM Specialist/ STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant
Location: Frisco, TX (Remote OK)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Note: We are only considering U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders who can work on a W2.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to design, configure, and optimize STEP WebUI, workflows, and integrations for enterprise-scale solutions.
Must‑Have Requirements
- 8–10 years in MDM implementations
- 1–2 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
- Hands-on expertise with STIBO STEP WebUI & Workflow modules
- Strong experience in configuration, integration, and deployment
- STIBO STEP MDM/PIM experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Build & customize STEP WebUI components
- Configure workflows, dashboards, portals, business rules & validations
- Design & enhance enterprise MDM workflows
- Develop integrations using SOAP/REST APIs
- Work with XML, XSD, JSON, JavaScript
- Collaborate with business & architecture teams
- Support data governance initiatives and continuous improvements

- Experience in Agile, enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
