We are looking for an experienced SAP PCS Lead with strong expertise in SAP ECC Production Planning and deep knowledge of manufacturing execution processes.
🔹 Key Skills & Experience Required:
• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP ECC Production Planning
• Strong expertise in:
- Work Centers
- Bills of Materials (BoM)
- Routings
- Production Order Execution
- • PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)
- • MBoM, Routing & Shop Floor Execution SAP Best Practices
- • Requirements gathering with business process owners
- • Workshop planning & execution (System Demos / Presentation Decks)
- • Configuration, Documentation & Functional Specifications
- • Process Flows & Key Decision Documentation
- • Authorization & Security
- • Test Planning (Standard & Custom Objects)
- • Change Management & Reporting
- • SAP S/4HANA experience required
- • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry experience preferred
🔹 Functional Expertise:
• Material Master – Classification, MRP, Scheduling & Costing views
• Work Centers, BoMs & Routings – Revision & ECM
• Production Order Lifecycle:
Creation → Confirmation → Goods Receipt
• Collective Orders for MTS & MTO with WBS
• External Processing with Subcontracting
• Production Order Kitting
• Goods Issues/Reversals (Batch Managed)
• Rework & Production Order Splitting
• Availability Checking & Shortage Reporting
• Integration with PLM & MES systems
• Functional Specification Authoring

• Parameter Effectivity (PLM & MES integration) – training can be provided
