🚨 Hiring: Data Modeler (Healthcare Domain)

📍 Location: Remote (St. Louis, MO)

🕒 Experience Required: 7–9 Years

We are actively looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong Healthcare domain expertise to join a high-impact enterprise data initiative. This role involves designing and managing enterprise-level data models supporting operational, real-time, and analytical applications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Business, Logical, and Physical data models

• Create optimized and scalable data structures for analytics and operational systems

• Develop models using IBM IDA, ER/Studio, and ERWin

• Design and map business entities/attributes across Operational Insights Hub

• Support enterprise data architecture and governance initiatives

• Collaborate with distributed Agile teams across multiple locations

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ 7–9 years of experience in Data & Analytics engagements

✔ Strong Healthcare industry experience (Mandatory)

✔ Expertise in Data Modeling techniques:

• ER Modeling
• Dimensional Modeling
• Data Vault
• Business Process Modeling
• ✔ Hands-on experience with IBM IDA, ER/Studio, ERWin
• ✔ Strong SQL and Data Architecture experience
• ✔ Experience with GCP cloud architecture patterns
• ✔ Knowledge of Git, Jira, and Confluence
• ✔ Experience modeling for Data Warehousing, Operational Data Stores, and Real-time Applications

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Exposure to SolarWinds, Tanium/Forescout, Market Ops Tracker, and ServiceNow data systems
