Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Plan and organize daily tasks and ensure timely completion of landscape projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide insightful recommendations.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Train and mentor new team members in landscaping techniques and equipment use.
- Monitor inventory and equipment, ensuring tools are in good working condition and available for the team.
- Perform hands-on landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, and lawn care as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when implementing landscaping solutions.
- Knowledge of plant identification, care, and landscape design principles.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
- A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for the outdoors and landscaping.
- A High School Diploma / GED Required
- PA Driver’s License
