Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of landscaping features such as plants, trees, and decorative items
- Perform routine lawn care maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Help with the excavation and grading of landscaping areas
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Monitor plant health and assist with watering and fertilization
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates
Requirements
- Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team
- Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required
- Basic understanding of plants and landscaping principles is beneficial
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
- High School Diploma / GED required
- PA Driver’s License
