About the Opportunity
Silvia Tcherassi is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join the Coral Gables store. This position is a key part of the sales team and is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury client experience while representing the brand's philosophy and values.
The Sales Associate will develop strong client relationships, understand individual client needs and preferences, and provide highly personalized service throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury fashion, a strong sales background, and a proven ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals while driving key performance indicators (KPIs) through exceptional client service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by capturing CRM data, maintaining an organized client book, and consistently following up with clients.
- Deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience based on each client's individual needs and expectations.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, the Silvia Tcherassi brand, fashion trends, and the luxury market.
- Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently representing the brand's philosophy, values, and service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive store environment and a consistent luxury service experience.
- Support day-to-day store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory, stockroom organization, security standards, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales goals and develop strong, lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Positive, service-minded approach to working with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
