Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- Represent Silvestre’s values and commitment to excellence.
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work well with others and support the team.
- Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow dress code standards.
- Follow restaurant procedures and cleanliness standards.
- Remain active and on your feet throughout the shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
