What are the responsibilities and job description for the TC MIXOLOGIST position at SILVERTON CASINO LLC?
General Summary of Job Duties: The mixologist will be responsible for creating and serving unique cocktails for the Twin Creeks Restaurant, specializing in upscale fine dining. They will need to be well-versed in a variety of spirits and have the ability to make a wide range of cocktails for guests.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must have great guest service.
- Must be able to have a positive attitude and Smile.
- Must always be welcoming to guests.
- Must be able to greet and give a departing farewell to guests with a positive attitude.
- Must present a professional attitude and appearance.
- Acknowledge guest opportunities and offer options.
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Style.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintains an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance of all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers.
- Employees must meet viral communication standards in promoting and marketing our venue.
- The ability to work within a team environment.
- Minimum 6 months experience.
