MI CASA BUSSER

General Summary of Job Duties:

The Mi Casa Busser will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests, setting up tables and food stations, assisting servers with food orders, removing used dishware, and maintaining a clean dining area. The Mi Casa Busser role requires flexibility with their work schedule, weekend, and holiday availability.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a high level of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service standards.
• Responsible for table layout with clean place mats and silverware rolls.
• Remove multiple dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables.
• Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture and perform other duties assigned.
• Assisting Server with Guest service.
• Knowledge of the applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures, as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Ensure all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain a consistent communication with Managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in an efficient manner.
• Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential component of the job.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Busser or in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
